What to expect from Professional Painters
Initial Survey and Assessment
Whether it is a warehouse floor, a factory floor or a large garage it is very important to assess the condition of the existing floor slab and decide upon the correct preparation. The key to a long-lasting floor coating is in the preparation and Professional Painters can both advise and implement what is needed. Upon request, we would arrange a convenient time for one of our experts to visit the site, this visit is free of charge and our expert will assess the requirements, answer any questions and provide a detailed quotation covering all aspects of the work involved.
Undertaking the works
On the agreed dates, Professional Painters will arrive at the site with all necessary materials and tools to complete the works. Any required preparation will commence as agreed on the quotation with one of our managers present to ensure everything is perfect and running smoothly. Once preparation has been completed and the floor has been fully cleaned the manager will assess the floor to ensure that it meets requirements before giving the green light for operatives to apply the Epoxy Floor Paint.

Walkways: Professional Painters can mark out and add different coloured walkways throughout the space, these are ideal for pedestrian areas where heavy machinery is to be avoided by the general flow of staff. This also includes ‘hashed’ out boxes, lined areas, pedestrian symbols and numbers/letters.
Non-Slip Areas: These can be added by Professional Painters to make the space safer for personnel. An aggregate is added to the Epoxy Floor Paint both prior and during application to provide a rough, non-slip surface where needed.
Antibacterial and MRSA resilient Coatings: This is a heavy-duty epoxy resin ideal for coating high trafficked areas where antibacterial properties are of paramount importance.
