To cut a floor tile so that it will fit around a corner, first place the tile to be fitted over the nearest whole tile on one side of the corner. Place another tile over it and hard up against the skirting. Use it as a straight-edge to mark a cut line on the first tile.
Without turning the tile, slide it on to the nearest whole tile around the other side of the corner. With the second tile again in position, mark another line. Cut down the lines to their intersection to complete the job.
